YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. During the practice of Yoga Nidra, the consciousness is functioning at a deeper level of awareness, while the body rests. For this reason, Yoga Nidra is often referred to as psychic sleep.
MEDITATION
Meditation brings greater self-understanding, reduces anxiety and stress, develops self-awareness and concentration. Regular practice of meditation techniques helps to move towards mastering the mind. Meditation is a pathway to inner peace.
ASANA
Asanas are specific body positions for cultivating awareness, relaxation, concentration and meditation. Yoga postures help to develop strength and flexibility, improve balance, and calm the mind.
PRANAYAMA
Pranayamas are breathing techniques, which have a positive impact on all body systems, inducing vitality, harmony and peace, soothing the nerves and calming the mind. Conscious breathing is the way to relaxation and tranquil state of mind.
MUDRA
Mudra is a specific gesture or body position, which is often used in conjunction with other yoga practices to stimulate and direct the energy flow, deepen awareness and concentration and enhance the mind body connection.
MANTRA
Mantra is a special word or phrase, which is repeated to assist concentration during the practice of meditation. It is a powerful tool to help free your mind from background chatter and calm your nervous system. One of the most recited mantras is Aum, which is considered to be the sound of the creation of the Universe.
