Daily personal practice Sādhanā, which will be used as a tool for achieving your SMART goal. You will be given your own ‘bespoke’ written yoga program (with detailed explanation and ongoing support) to promote your exclusive personal home practice, tailored to your individual needs. Whatever your goal is, this program will help you to achieve it!

Hi, my name is Eve and my mission is to help you boost your health and state of mind with my unique programs that will be designed specifically for you. I will give you a constructive sequencing with the gradual progression to achieve your individual goals. I will help you establish body-mind connection through movement, breath and relaxation by gently introducing these practices to your every day life.

I offer yoga programs accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender, fitness level and flexibility. As a coach, I understand that everyone is on a different individual path and I will encourage you to take that path in your own pace, to cultivate awareness, to listen to your body and adjust when needed. 

I have a particular interest in teaching yoga to athletes, swimmers and martial art practitioners. Yoga practises, specifically designed for people involved in sport activities, will help to increase strength, endurance and flexibility of body and mind, boost the performance, speed up the process of recovery and prevent from injuries.
